This policy explains how Arcadle handles information when you visit arcadle.online. Arcadle is a directory of browser games and guides. You do not need an Arcadle account to browse the site, and we do not ask for payment details to use the directory.

Information you choose to provide

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any attachments you send. We use that information to respond to your enquiry, handle a privacy request or investigate a reported issue. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information we do not need.

Public game submissions are not currently open. We will update this policy when a submission form or another information-collection feature is introduced.

Browser storage and search

The homepage search matches your query against game information in your browser. Arcadle does not send those search terms to a search service.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is temporarily disabled on Arcadle. We do not load the Google tag or display an analytics consent prompt. Cookies from an earlier visit may remain in your browser; you can remove them through your browser settings.

Arcadle’s optional Umami analytics integration is not enabled on the public site. If we enable it later, we will update this policy first.

Cookies and storage used by embedded games or other external services are separate from Arcadle’s own code and may be present when those services load.

Hosting and technical information

Arcadle uses Cloudflare to host and deliver the website. Serving a page involves processing technical request information such as an IP address, browser information and the requested URL. Cloudflare may process request and security data to deliver the service, prevent abuse and maintain reliability. Its handling of this information is described in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Embedded games and external links

Games are operated by independent providers. Some game pages load a provider’s website inside an embedded frame when you open the page, even before you press Play. That connection may share technical information with the provider and allow it to use cookies or browser storage according to its own settings and policy.

Opening an official game link, an AI-assistant link or a social sharing link takes you to another service. AI-assistant links can include a prepared prompt with the game name and guide address; sharing links can include the page title and address. The destination service handles your subsequent activity under its own privacy policy. Review that policy before signing in, sharing personal information or using account features.

Use, sharing and retention

We use information provided to us to operate the directory, answer messages and resolve reported problems. Technical providers process information as part of delivering their services. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to address abuse or protect the site.

Correspondence is kept while needed to handle the enquiry and any related follow-up or legal obligation. Hosting and third-party game data are governed by the relevant provider’s retention practices. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can clear Arcadle’s site data through your browser settings, restrict third-party cookies and storage, or avoid opening pages containing embedded games. These restrictions may affect game functionality. Depending on your location and the information involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restrictions on processing, or to raise a concern with a data protection authority.

For information you have sent directly to Arcadle, contact us at the address below and explain your request. We may need enough information to verify and locate it. For accounts, scores or other information held by a game provider, contact that provider directly.
